TIPS: 1.) Pull out at 155 degrees Internal it will still be cooked from it climbing in temp. If you pull at 165 it will be to dry. 2.) Defrost turkey completely a frozen Turkey in hot oil equals EXPLOSION! 🔥 3.) Fry either on cement, pavement, or dirt with nothing surrounding at least 20 feet away. 4.) Keep a fire extinguisher close by or a water hose. 5.) For every lb. it takes approx. 4 mins to fry.
